Towel Punch
“Towel Punch”Player one lays on the ground holding a towel at the
center. Grip hard for resistance. Player two grabs towel at tips and move it up and
down with resistance from player laying on the ground.

Kick Slide and Punch
“Step & Punch Back”One player kick slides back while punching
another player in in the chest with both hands. Player who is being punched is jumping up and forward exposing his chest. Drill is repeated for designated distance.

“Chutes Snake”Player has low and wide base. Shuffles with chest up in a
snake like pattern until chute is completed. Player behind are in a single file line starting when lead player completes half way.

with inside lead foot. After going over the top of the cone player kick slides back at a angle. Once drill is completed it is reversed.

Double Team: The man head up is the “Poster” and 2nd man coming in is the “Power”. The poster drives man on, while the power slams hard and works for lateral movement away from power mans side.

Note: Sell your block as if in pass protection. Sneak out after a 2-3 count. Look to take 1st threat in area of 2nd level.
Note: After sneaking out as in “sneak out block” look to counter back and take any defensive player who retraces back up field. Kill the rat who traces back to the play.
Note: Drop step with foot to direction of pulling area. Run to area and take 1st wrong colored jersey. Once engaged look to seal, stretch or wash defender.
Note: Player blocks from outside to in. This should be a kill shot! Remember to stay up because cutting in this situation is illegal.
