All over the UK, there are people who show amazing courage, determination and compassion on a daily basis in an effort to overcome the debilitating effects of stroke. We want you to help us find them.

Baroness Brady Patron, Life After Stroke Awards

Given to someone who has

demonstrated inspirational

courage in overcoming

personal, physical, emotional

or communication problems

after their stroke.

that has made a huge

programme, delivered by

• Not too long! (2pages) • Written in plain English

everything • Make it personal, emotive and

• Judges want to hear about your members and volunteers

• History and group size • Range of activities • Engaging with the community • What makes your group
