1 Benefits of Clever All In One report Templates

Biztech is introducing an excellent app to manage multiple reports of Odoo store creatively. Clever All In

One report Templates app will aid you to maintain your reports in a superior way. Admin can set layout

of the reports in multiple ways. There are inbuilt 6 types of report configurations for the references.

Admin can change them the way it is required. Admin can view Payment History in the invoice to keep a

check of order details. Admin can set Text Colors, Company Details Colors and also can add product

description in the Invoice. Admin can choose diverse colors with Color Picker. Admin will be able to

manage templates of Invoices, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Request for Quotation, Delivery Notes

and Item Pick up Notes.

2.1.1 Set Default templates for multiple reports

Admin will be able to set default templates for numerous reports like:

Sales Orders

Purchase Orders

Request for Quotation

Invoices

Delivery Notes

Picking List





2.1.2 Several Template Options to Generate Reports

Admin can opt for any report template from 6 exquisite Report templates and can use it as per

the requirements.

For the Templates, First priority for report template set on reports, if not then set on decided for

customer and after then set on decided for company. If everything is not set Contemporary

Template will be used.

2.1.3 Admin has all the authority on configuration ofreportfields

With Clever All In One report Templates admin can change following fields of the report

template.

Template Base Color Template Text Color General Text Color Company Name and Address Color Customer Name and Address Color Table Odd and Even Parity Color Report Logo Report Watermark Logo Display Company Name in Bold Display Customer Name in Bold

Admin will be able to choose Standard template configuration and then can change its

configurations upon requirement.

Admin can elect whether product description is needed on the report or not. Admin can also

choose company name & customer name will be displayed in bold or not on the report. Admin

can also add company logo and water mark in the invoice.





2.1.4 Feature to set Report Templates for Specific Customers

Admin can set Specific Report Template for different Customers with Multiple Report

Templates.

2.1.5 Set Custom Footer for Invoice

By Enabling Custom footer option admin can set text for the footer in the reports with help of

Clever All In One report Templates.





2.1.6 Facility of Color Picker for Managing Text Colors

Admin can choose any color for the editable text fields with the color picker provided by Clever

All In One report Templates.





2.1.7 Generate PDF of Reports for Printing

With the Clever All In One report Templates admin can generate PDF for the reports and print

them upon requirement.





2.1.8 Keep a Track of Payment History

Admin has the facility to stay up-to-date with all the payments provided by customer for the

products bill with Clever All In One report Templates.





2.1.9 Bifurcate Duplicate Bills

When duplicate invoices are generated, DUPLICATE will be displayed on the top header.

NOTE: Watermark & Duplicate feature is not provided for Odoo v8.0

Delivery Note Report is only available in v9.
