Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held on

Monday, November 19 from 2 – 8 pm. Please see

the attached conference form for more information. One

conference form per family should be returned no later than

Wednesday, November 7.

Wednesday, October 31 is Hot Dog Day. Hot dogs

will be available for purchase for .50 during lunch.

Thanks to everyone’s generosity, we raised

$358.21 for Hurricane Michael relief.

The holidays are fast approaching and the Gift

Cards are always a great choice for gift giving.

The Parish Office offers a variety of gift cards; so

that while you are shopping, you are helping St. Teresa as

well. A list of available gift cards is included with this

Bruin.

Book Fair Is Coming!!

13th – 16th & 19th from 7:45 am – 12:30;

Sunday, November 18th after 9:30 Mass and for

the last time on Monday, November 19th from 2:00 – 7:00

Picture Retakes Picture Retake day will be Thursday,

November 8th at 12:30 for all students and

staff who were not photographed on our first Picture Day.

If your child needs to have their picture taken, you may get

an order form from the school office. If your child already

had their picture taken and you were unhappy with the

results, you can have your child photographed again during

the retakes. If you are having a retake done, please be sure

to return the entire first package with your child on retake

day. They will need to hand it to the photographer when

they are photographed. Any student being photographed on

retake day may come out of uniform.

Dear Parents,

St. Teresa will hold conferences on Monday, November 19 for parents and teachers to meet and discuss the progress of

their child(ren). In an attempt to use the parent teacher conference time wisely, we ask that you only schedule a

conference if you have concerns about your child and only schedule conferences with those teachers whose classes

your child is struggling in. Parent/teacher conferences will be held after school on Monday, November 19 from 2:00 -

8:00 p.m. Please remember that in observance of Thanksgiving Day, St. Teresa of Avila School will not be in session

from November 20 – November 23.

Please complete the form below (ONE per family please) with your preference and return it to school no later than

Wednesday, November 7. Conferences will be scheduled for fifteen minutes each and we will attempt to schedule

conferences for families with multiple children close together. We ask that if you are able to attend during the 2-5:15 p.m.

time slot that you do so because the 6-8 p.m. time frame is always a high demand time. You will receive a confirmation of

your scheduled time by Wednesday, November 14.
