Happy October everyone, before you know it, the holidays will be upon us, and boy this year surly is flying by. We here in your Security
Corner hope all of your loved ones and friends are doing as well as to be expected in these uniquely different times. In this month’s edition,
we wanted to discuss who to call when help is needed addressing a concern or when a question arises. Just as a friendly reminder, the Chief’s
office is located in KPCH with office hours from 7:30am – 3:30pm. The Front Gatehouse is manned 24/7 with officers always able to contact
the Chief of Security at any time, if needed.
Gate Security’s phone number is : 813-634-2063. Gate Security’s email is: [email protected]
Chief Doxsee’s Office number is: 813-387-3461. Chief Doxsee’s email is: [email protected].
If calling during non-office hours you may leave a voice mail or call the gatehouse for further assistance. All voice mails and emails will be
answered in a timely manner. Hillsborough County’s Sheriff’s office operates a non-emergency number, often used to report scams as well as
to assist with non-emergency Sherriff Office questions or situations that Gate Security is unable to handle.
Examples of situations residents may need to address with 911 include, but are not limited to:
Any Medical emergencies, — Carbon Monoxide alarm — Fire / Fire alarm — Silver alert — Injury related car accidents
These are only a few examples, if you have any further questions please call the main gate.
Situations residents will need to address with the non-emergency number: 813-247-8200 include, but are not limited to:
Non injury related car accidents, — Scams where you are requested to give any personal information — Domestic issues
If you believe someone has taken something of yours please call both the non-emergency number and gate security
Please contact Frist Service Residential, 813-642-8990, for any parking violations within the associations, also be advised your Presidents
might also be able to help.
In closing I will leave you with this –
“It doesn’t matter where you came from. All that matters is where you are going.”
Brian Tracy
