Introduction

Welcome to Oasis Interior construction.

We specialise in delivering bespoke fit-out projects across the entertainment, hospitality,

commercial and education sectors.

Oasis Interior Construction was formed in January 2013 and is owned by Greg ward and myself,

David Karim. Between us we have 40 years of experience in the construction industry and in that

time we have obtained extensive experience completing both large and small projects that

encompass most construction categories from new build high rise apartment blocks, residential

housing estates to office, retail and hospitality refurbishments and fit-outs.

Over the past three years Oasis Interior Construction have been involved in substantial projects

involving the refurbishment and fit-out of existing structures often undertaking complex structural

changes. Exceeding the expectations of our clients and delivering excellent projects is our priority.

The primary motivation of Oasis Interior Construction is to provide our client with a stress free

professional service, we achieve this by offering resourceful and efficient building solutions and

practices. Our experience incorporates all aspects of both the hands on side of the construction

industry as well as construction management. We are an innovative company, and on past projects

have managed to implement cost saving strategies that have been of great benefit to our clients.

We work with excellent sub-contractors who have the expertise, skilled labour and production

capacity to fulfil their on-site tasks and/or manufacture components of the highest quality in a timely

manner. At no point has an action or inaction by one of our contractors led to delays that have held

up the delivery of one of our projects. We have an excellent health and safety record and a

comprehensive health and safety policy that our contractors must comply with.

Re: Oasis Interior Construction Ltd Letter of Recommendation

To whom it may concern,

We are writing to recommend Oasis Interior Construction Ltd as an interior fitout contractor. We

worked with Oasis on the Reading Cinemas project in New Lynn over the final quarter of 2015.

Throughout the course of construction, Oasis employees displayed a high level of professionalism,

experience, dedication and commitment to quality. Oasis did a good job of cultivating a teamwork

orientated atmosphere and worked well with our Project team to find solutions to problems and

overcome numerous challenges during the course of construction. Oasis understands many of the

Council consent rules & regulations that come with interior fitouts and does a good job of providing

all necessary paperwork.

We would recommend Oasis Interior Construction as an interior fitout contractor. CBRE has

worked with Oasis on two projects, and has selected them as the Main Contractor on two projects

which have been completed successfully.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions or to further discuss our experience working with

Oasis.

Yours sincerely

Alex McNeil Project Manager CBRE Project Management

Oasis Interior Construction recently completed a full demolition and refit of an entire floor in my office building in College Hill. They also completed some minor works to another floor and exterior items. David and Greg were very professional from the initial quoting phase and then throughout the entire building works. They delivered the job on time and on budget despite the normal difficulties encountered with these sort of projects. We will look to use their services again when we have another building project to complete and would recommend them to anyone considering these types of projects. Oasis Interior Construction recently completed an extensive interior refurbishment of the Takapuna Llibrary for

Auckland Council. The project covered a floor area of 3000m2 and was completed within a tight set library closure

period of 6 weeks.

David Karim and Greg Ward had an excellent attitude and were able to offer-up creative solutions for any

problems/unforeseen that inevitably come up on any renovation project.

SGA were able to quickly develop a working relationship with Oasis to deliver a demanding project.

Oasis’s methodology/programming allowed the client early access to areas of the building to install library shelving

and completed the project several days ahead of the programme.

The project involved reusing and refitting existing timber veneered cabinetry as well as the installation of new custom

timber veneered cabinetry. The level of finish exceeded SGA’s expectations for a project of this type.

SGA would happily recommend using Oasis Interior Construction for any scale interior project. Please feel free to

contact me with any queries

Yours sincerely

To whom it may concern,

We worked with David and Greg from Oasis Interior Construction for the second time for a 900m2

office fitout in Newmarket for Vend. They were knowledgeable, adaptable and were the Dream

Team! Nothing was a hassle for them, and they managed to help us value engineer the project to

fit into the budget we were given in the outset. The whole job happened quickly, without a glitch

and most importantly, a fantastic end result. Their attention to detail in the construction, program,

safety and contracts meant there were no holes in the process. I would be more than happy to

recommend them to anyone wanting to use them.

Benjamin Tracy-Project Manager at Greenstone Group

I have recently completed a number of projects with David Karim and have found his attention to

detail, construction knowledge and time management skills to be invaluable to the overall success

of the projects that we have undertaken together. David's ability to integrate the design and

construction process in tandem, when circumstances dictate, means that the construction

programme is not compromised and neither is the quality of the work undertaken. His finishing skills

are exceptional and I would have no hesitation in utilising David for further projects, and look forward

to working with him in the future.

Kyle Mingins-Project Manager JLL

I worked with Dave on a number of projects during my time with Jones Lang LaSalle. Dave

ensured JL

L was kept in the loop every step of the project and made sure time, cost and quality objectives

were achieved.

I would not hesitate in using him again on future projects.

Ben Jones-Senior Property Manager at Equinox Capital Limited

David is reliable, prompt, accountable - makes the project as easy as possible for the client.

Daniel Hempstead-Operations Director at Amplifon NZ

I dealt with David through a complex office interior fitout. I find David approachable and hard working.

David communicates well and kept us well informed of progress throughout the project. David

managed the project well from start to end and we are delighted with the end product as it is a quality

fit out which was delivered within a very short timeline. I was also very impressed that David followed

up with us once we had moved in and made sure any minor jobs were finished on a very timely

basis.

Samantha Ebel-Brown-Director Khaya Interior Design

The Amplifon project is a merger of two competing hearing care companies. The project was

highly confidential as none of the staff were initially aware of the merger. The project had further

constraints of a very short programme and extremely tight budget. The client also wanted a fit out

that reflected their brand and the brief was "maximum impact for minimum cost".

David Karim led the construction. His dedication to the project meant that the delivery was solution

based. The atmosphere on site was that of a team rather than individual competing parties. This

resulted in the project being delivered on time and under budget with the minimum of stress for all

concerned. The remedials for this project are low which is testament to the quality of construction.

David have delivered a fantastic product that the client is thrilled with.

Shirley Chin-Senior Interior Designer, Associate Principal Jasmax.

We’ve had great feedback from Auckland Transport for the fitout at Smales Farm. Congratulations

and thanks to you and your team for the job well done. We are very pleased with the quality of works

and the delivery, albeit on a very short programme. Dave, you’ve been fantastic to work with on both

Auckland Transport and Sky City’s Red Hummingbird and I look forward to working with you and

your team again.

Once again, thank you.

Wendy Cocks-Total Care Operations Manager. I would like to thank the Project Manager David Karim, for the excellent job done on the construction of our new Total Care Centre at Douglas Alexander Parade in Albany. From initial design to final construction, he displayed a high level of construction knowledge and professionalism whilst allowing us, the client, to feel very much a part of the construction process. He was more than willing to accommodate our requests for changes as the project progressed and suggested several areas in which improvements or savings could be made. The project was completed on time and within budget, enabling us to move forward with our business with the least amount of disruption to ourselves and our customers. Once again, thank you for a job well done!

Neil Wallace-Chep, National Operations Manager.

Due to expansion, Chep NZ needed to move into a much larger building. David Karim was chosen

as the project manager to lead and co-ordinate the relocation and installation of the flag ship hire

equipment wash facility. Chep and David identified early in the planning stage that the greatest

challenge would be the tight timeline to decommission the washer at the original site and re-

commission at the new site over the period of one weekend. For our business it was critical to

eliminate downtime during the relocation period, this was achieved by a large number of people

across a wide range of fields completing work outside normal work hours for extended periods.

Charged with coordinating the works and the range of contractors, David set about creating a project

plan and timeline to prepare the new site to achieve the target relocation date and restart of

production without impacting on our ability to service our customers.

Without the input and commitment of David to the project it would have not been possible to achieve

completion of the site preparation, machine relocation and commissioning within the time frame.

David conducted himself in a professional manner and maintained a calm and resourceful approach

to any challenges and setbacks that developed.
