the alpine history of the Grossglockner, the flo-ra and fauna of the high mountains at the new national park info point „Glocknerwinkl“ and on the educational trail Glocknerspur BergeDen-ken, which starts at the parking lot Lucknerhaus. Whether holiday destination or resting point - the picture book view from the Lucknerhaus on the mighty Grossglockner is always worth a visit.

The ski touring paradise

Directly from the homely Lucknerhaus you can start your daily ski tour or snowshoe hike. All around are magnificent peaks, one more rewar-ding than the other, and all of them incredibly varied. The undoubted coronation is the Gross-glockner, whose summit can be reached in two daily stages.

The Hoch Tirol Ski Route – the queen of all ski routes

An impressive high mountain crossing with the most beautiful summits of the Eastern Alps inclu-ding Großvenediger (3,674 m) and Großglockner (3,798 m). The 6-day tour for fitness-strong with a 3.000 m high peak each day, leads from Ka-sern in South Tyrol to the Grossglockner in Kals.
