Values cannot be taught, they have to be imbibed. Needless to say, what I learnt in the16 years that I spent with my family, I got the chance to put all of that into practice in the 4 years of my college life. My values are deep rooted down to what my grandmother taught me. A very simple lesson per say ; honesty.This one virtue not only helps me wade through difficult situations easily but also helps to command respect from peers and elders alike. It is like sitting high up on the tree top where trivial things cannot even bother you. I don't have to juggle between right and wrong. What is true is inexplicably right. I feel lucky that I never had to compromise on this one virtue. It is not just because I value honesty but also because I wish to keep alive my grandmother through the ideals she instilled in me."Walking with a friend in the dark is better than walking alone in the light" and rightly so. Friendship is the greatest gift because friends are the family that stands by you even at times when blood relations fail to show up. I am blessed to have such worthy people around me that helps me in making good friends easily. Making friends is easy but strengthening that bond for a lifetime is what requires hard work. I have been always been a warm and friendly individual to interact with and that's what endears me to people. Being friends with your colleagues helps build that rapport and trust far easily. Not only it helps you in being more frank and direct but also creates the possibility to criticize someone without being judged adversely.

"If you really want to do something, you will find a way. If not, you will find an excuse". Every single thing that you dream of can be accomplished. This belief along with an unflinching confidence in my capabilities drives me to the finish line every time and if I do not win, that means it has not finished yet. I am not the one to settle for anything less than what I thought of. I believe when you look back at your life, you should not feel sorry thinking about what you could have done to make it better.
