Dusel Environmental, Health and Safety.

• Permit allows for construction of the DUSEL

• Following closure of Henderson mining operations, site would be considered by the division to be a non-mining industrial site.

• Water Permits – Colorado Water Quality Control Division

• Permits in place for anticipated life-of-mine water quality

• Changes in contaminants caused by DUSEL would be handled through permit modification

• Air Permits – Colorado Air Pollution Control Division

• Permits are in place for DUSEL development

• Changes in contaminants caused by DUSEL would be handled through permit modification

• Permits are transferable in post-mine setting

• Other Permits and licenses – Various agencies
