SCIENTIFIC PROGRAM – OVERVIEWFRIDAY, NOVEMBER 13, 2020WELCOME

DEAR COLLEAGUES,

The outbreak of COVID-19 has transfor-med our day-to-day lives as we knew them. All of us have been personally affected, whether by uncertainty or loss. While a number of conferences have been cance-led or moved , which we understand and support, the DASIL Board of Directors and show management decided that DASIL 2020 will proceed as planned mid No-vember 2020, although with changes to our original thinking.

We believe in the power of convening people, whether virtually or in person, and we see this as a moment for embracing the opportunities technology gives us to con-nect. So, in the light of the recent events, we decided that our 9th DASIL World Con-gress will become the first virtual edition. Staging DASIL 2020 virtually this year will help us adhere to our commitment to kee-ping our communities safe while making the conference experience accessible to

a much bigger, national, and global au-dience.

Necessity is now teaching the world more than ever the importance of digitalization. There is no doubt that artificial intelligence (AI) and deep learning will revolutionize and shape the future of medicine as we know it today. To keep up with our aim of offering you an unparalleled scientific pro-gram and our leading role as one of the most important meetings for medical der-matology and aesthetic medicine worldwi-de, we will pick up where we left off in 2019 and expand our scientific program even further.

The 9th DASIL World Congress: Virtual will surely be a one-of-the-kind event you will not want to miss. DASIL 2020 will be packed with benefits that underline its special role as one of THE international conferences worldwide. Once again, we offer several free and CME-certified trai-ning courses on the latest topics in aesthe-tic medicine, presentations of innovations, discussions, commented video demonstra-tions, and much more.

Besides the contributions of our world-re-nowned expert faculty, we look forward to hosting a one-of-a-kind interactive ex-hibition and brand new side events tailo-red to all kinds of specific interests such as round-tables and workshops delivered by our industry partners. And it wouldn’t be DASIL if you didn’t make valuable new connections. Virtual networking will enable

all participants to reconnect with friends and build completely new relationships.

We thank you for joining DASIL once again and look forward to seeing you virtually from November 13 – November 15, 2020!

For all of you who were looking forward to visit vibrant Mexico City: the 10th DASIL World congress will take place live in Mexico City, November 3-6, 2021!

More Information will follow shortly – stay tuned!
