    the selected candidates.

    But only for the string of 1 to 3.

    For string 4 to 7 and 8 & 9 only interviews are

    taken.

    An opening package of 6 months has been given

    to the employee.

    In which he plays an acting role of the job and

    fulfills the jobs requirements for the first 6

    months, in which his performance is evaluated.

    After that he is verified for the job.

    interview, which includes, HR manager, regional

    manager and a manager of the relevant field.

    Interview involves:

    Simple questioning about the relevant field.

    Determining the capacity of the interviewee.

    His capability, Potential and effectiveness for the

    particular job.
