While backpacking and surfing around Australia we discovered a whole new world of pies. Soon after returning home we decided to open a pie shop in Bristol. We discovered some amazing suppliers of wonderful free range meats, fresh veg, local beers and began baking. It took a while, but we eventually came up with a range of pies that we were proud of. They soon went on to become multiple award winners in national pie competitions and proudly remain on our menu to this day.

We’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who’s helped us, supplied us, worked with us and most importantly who's ever eaten a Pieminister pie. We wouldn’t be here without you... Live and eat pie.
