NOTIFICATION
Applications are invited from NAAC accredited Aided and Government colleges and Aided
colleges started by Scheduled Caste and Community Trusts, even if unaccredited, within the
jurisdiction of the University of Calicut, for starting innovative and interdisciplinary programmes
(list enclosed) in arts and science stream for the academic year 2020-21. The applications so
invited are subject to the following conditions.
1. Each college can apply for two of the listed programmes in order of priority.
2. The rate of application fee and registration fee payable for applying to start additional
programmes is as follows.
Application feeUG Rs. 555/-
PG Rs. 555/-
Registration fee** Rs. 10,500/- per programme
** Registration fee will be collected only after getting approval from the Government.
3. The fee shall be remitted only through E-payment/SBT E-Challan/Akshaya/ FRIENDS/Post
Offices/SBI Net Banking/Payment Gate way. Payment shall be made under the Purpose code
'OTAA 01-Affiliation or Administration fees'. Fee for all the programmes shall be paid by a
single challan.
4. Separate statutory application form (enclosed herewith) shall be submitted for additional
affiliations for UG (proforma II) and PG (proforma III) programmes.
5. The Principal shall forward scanned copy of the duly filled in statutory application form and
additional proforma (enclosed herewith) along with the chalan receipt for having paid the required
fee in pdf format to the E-mail id - [email protected]. Applications forwarded to any other
source will not be entertained.
6. The last date for submission of duly filled in applications is 23rd of September 2020. The
applications received after the last date fixed will not be considered at any cost.
