Area Lighting Project – New Pole, Staging, and Transformer Yard

All interested parties will be required to complete a bidder qualification form, available by utilizing the “BID FORM” link located on Cimarron Electric Cooperative’s website homepage:

www.cimarronelectric.comThe online Bidder qualification forms must be submitted to Cimarron Electric Cooperative no later than June 21, 2017. The Area Lighting Project Bid Package is available through the engineering Department, by calling Ross Barrick (405) 375-4121 or obtained at the Cooperative’s headquarters located at 19036 N. U.S. 81 Highway, Kingfisher, OK. Bids must be received by the Cooperative prior to 8:30 a.m. of day of Bid opening. The Bid opening is scheduled for 9:00 a.m., Friday, June 23, 2017.Cimarron Electric Cooperative ensures that small business enterprises (SBE), minority business enterprises (MBE) and women’s business enterprises (WBE) are used to the fullest extent possible, Cimarron Electric Cooperative will require that each bidder fully comply with the requirements, terms, and conditions of the Federal policy 2 CFR part 215 and award a fair share of sub-agreements to SBE’s, MBE’s, and WBE’s. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission enter an order order amending an order to issue in a companion spacing application for the Mississippian and Woodford common sources of supply underlying Section 22, and amending Order No. 76186, dated September 2, 1969, for the Mississippi Solid common source of supply and Order No. 587471, dated July 21, 2011 for the Woodford common sources of supply underlying Section 27, All in Township 15 North, Range 8 West, Kingfisher County, Oklahoma, to permit a well for such common sources of supply at the following location:

SURFACE LOCATION: Will be specified in the final order to issue in this cause, but will be situated in the SW/4 of Section 27.



All in Township 15 North, Range 8 West, Kingfisher County, Oklahoma,

LOCATION OF LATERAL WITHIN THE MULTIUNIT: No closer than 330 feet from the West line of said Sections 22 and 27.

This well is part of a multiunit – ac-counting for the lateral crossing of the boundary of Sections 22 and 27.

That Section 22, Township 15 North, Range 8 West, Kingfisher Coun-ty, Oklahoma, will be established as 640-acre horizontal drilling and spacing units for the Mississippian and Wood-ford common sources of supply by an order to issue in a companion spacing cause, which order will prescribe the following well location:

Not closer than 660 feet from the unit boundary as to the Mississippian common source of supply; and

Not closer than 165 feet from the North and South lines and not closer than 330 feet from the East and West lines of the unit boundary as to the Woodford common source of supply.

That Section 27, Township 15 North, Range 8 West, Kingfisher, Coun-ty, Oklahoma, has been established as a 640-acre drilling and spacing unit for the Mississippi Solid common source of supply by Order No. 76186, dated September 2, 1969, and as a 640-acre horizontal drilling and spacing unit for the Woodford common source of sup-ply by Order No. 587471, dated July 21, 2011; which orders prescribe the following well locations, respectively:

Not closer than 1,320 feet from the unit boundary as to the Mississippi Solid common source of supply; and

Not closer than 165 feet from the North and South lines and not closer than 330 feet from the East and West lines of the unit boundary as to the Woodford common source of supply.

The legal descriptions of the land sections adjacent to the area within which the location lies are Sections 14, 15, 16, 21, 23, 26, 28, 33, 34 and 35, Township 15 North, Range 8 West, Kingfisher County, Oklahoma. Okla-homa. Applicant further requests that Applicant or some other party be autho-rized the right to drill said well. Applicant further requests that it be permitted to produce said well at said location from all common sources of supply covered hereby with no downward allowable adjustment.
