DEFENDANTS WHEREAS, judgment has been rendered against parcels of real estate for taxes, interest, penalties, attorney's

fees and costs with serial numbers of each parcel of real estate, the description thereof, the name of the person

appearing in the petitions in these suits against whom the tax bill was listed or charged, and the total amount of the

judgment against each parcel for taxes, interest, penalties, attorney's fees and cost, all at set out in said judgments and

described in each case, respectively as follows as recorded by St. Louis Recorder of Deeds.

WHEREAS, such judgments order such real estate sold by undersigned sheriff to satisfy the total amount of

judgments, including interest, penalties, attorney's fees and costs.

NOW THEREFORE

Public Notice is hereby given that I, James w. Murphy, Sheriff of the City of St. Louis, Missouri will sell real

estate parcel by parcel, at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash to be paid immediately at the end of bidding on

each parcel offered at the sheriff's sale. The sheriff's sale shall run between the hours of nine o'clock a.m. and five

o'clock p.m. at Tucker and Chestnut Streets, Civil Courts Building in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, on Tuesday, July

23, 2013 and continuing from day to day thereafter to satisfy the judgment as to each respective parcel of real estate

sold. If no acceptable bids are received as to any parcel of real estate, said parcel shall be sold to Land Reutilization

Authority of The City of St. Louis, Missouri.

Any bid received shall be subject to confirmation by the Court and upon presentation of an application for an

occupancy permit, within ten days of confirmation, when applicable. No occupancy permit shall be required for

parcels without buildings or structures.

(Notice is given that 2012 taxes, if delinquent, and subsequent years are not included in the foregoing

judgments and may remain a lien.)

(The property address is intended for guidance only. It is not to be considered as being part of the legal

description of the property. If payment is not received on date of sale, the parcel will be reoffered for sale the next day.)
