Brief Description of the Nature of the Business

The Municipality of San Lorenzo is located in the South- Eastern region of theisland of Puerto Rico. Its geographical composition is fifty-three square miles.San Lorenzo's population is estimated at 40,997 (Census 2000). Themunicipalities that surround San Lorenzo's territory are: Gurabo (North), Juncos(North-East), Las Piedras (East), Yabucoa (South- East), Patillas (South) andCaguas (West).

The Municipality of San Lorenzo is composed of 11 wards: Hato, Quebrada,Florida, J agual, Quemados, Cayaguas, Quebrada Honda, Espino, QuebradaArenas, Cerro Gordo and Pueblo.

The Municipal Government of San Lorenzo has many services areas, from whichthe following are the principal service's areas that will be directly involve withthe implementation of the Storm Water Program:
