Northwest Denver and Wheat Ridge:How are Northwest Denver and Wheat Ridge residential prices faring in comparison? � e year over year � gures are very impressive. � e average price for a single family home shot up 15.1% in Northwest Denver to $359,696, and in Wheat Ridge, the number rose by a whopping 16.9% to $274,665.*
