From Sarasota to Naples, the team at
London Bay Homes has been in a state
of perpetual motion in 2013 – unveiling

The forecasts of declining home inventory
and rising home prices have proven
true. Reports from the Boards of Realtors
in Naples and Sarasota demonstrate
that pending single-family home sales in
both regions posted double-digit gains
compared to the first six months of 2012.
We sensed last fall that buyers were no
longer content waiting on the sidelines, a
fact that’s evident not only in the number
of home sales but also in the dramatic
increases in the number of visitors to our

The Mediterra community in Naples
reported more than $100 million in sales
during the two quarters alone, and are
