The Northern Housing Summit provides delegates with insight, clarity and solutions for the housing sector with an agenda of national and international speakers from both inside and outside the sector. Focusing on the big strategic challenges and potential future options, this is the event for all those involved with and working in housing in the North.

Now in its seventh year, The Northern Silver Screen Awards celebrate the innovation and life-transforming work that our members are doing in the communities they serve.
Each year we receive around 50 nominations from our members. Of these we shortlist and create short films of some of the best which are then scored by a panel of judges outside of the sector. You can view some of the films on our youtube page here:

The Housing Innovation and Technology Roadshows provide a platform where NHC members can meet with innovative local and national suppliers who provide technology-based solutions that can help them to deliver their services more efficiently, conveniently and cost effectively.

It brings together an exciting programme of speakers that challenge the way in which the sector works.
