Cutting Bandsaw Cutting

• Round material sizes from .250” – 20” diameter. Square & rectangle material up to 20” x 24”.

• Material in lengths up to 40’. • Miter capability – Left or right-handed miters up to 60 degrees.

o Higher angle cuts produced in secondary cutting operations.

High Speed Carbide Cold Saws

• Straight cutting – material up to 6.0” in diameter.

High Speed Tube Cutting & Deburring • Automatic cold saw tube cutter with integrated ID/OD wire brush

deburring machine. • Capacity to process material from .250” – 3” (round, square, rect.,

extruded shapes, etc.). • Cut Lengths from 1” - 120”.

o Parts shorter than 6” are deburred in our vibratory deburring machine. Plasma Cutting

• 5’ x 10’ CNC plasma cutting table. • “Sidecar” rotational fixture for cutting and putting

features in round, square or rectangular tubing. Capacity up to 30” in diameter or 30” x 30” sq/rect. tube.

Tube Laser & Sheet Laser processing

• We offer both tube & sheet laser processing at competitive prices thru partnerships with trusted vendors.

Machining CNC Turning and relates services

• Mazak QT Nexus 250-MS II CNC twin spindle lathe with live tooling. • Hwacheon 2-Axis CNC lathe. • We supply a complete range of turning-related services including Heat Treat, Grinding,

Plating/Coating and Custom Packaging to meet customer requirements • We can offer large volume turning capacity thru use of our own equipment and strategic

partnerships with trusted vendors.

CNC Milling

• Mazak VTC-200C CNC vertical milling machine 20” x 65” capacity. • Mazak VTC-200G CNC vertical milling machine 20” x 144” capacity.

• Climax CNC vertical milling machine with large 106” x 192” x 36” (Z axis) capacity.

Welding and Fabrication • Our staff of AWS certified welders specializes in fabricating large frames and weldments in many

configurations and sizes. • Fabrication materials can include solid bars, tube, structural steel, stainless, aluminum, formed

sheet metal and other components as required • Job quantities range from single piece orders to high volume repeat production. • Components can be pre-machined prior to welding, or the entire weldment can be machined after

fabrication per design requirements. • We supply formed and machined components, purchased hardware, assemblies, plating, painting

and any other needed services per customer requirements

• Environmentally controlled, heated & ventilated blasting room inside building for year-round efficient operation

• Can process full size plate, long bar & tube, cut parts, weldments • Application of rust inhibitor also available as needed.

• In-house vibratory deburring machines to deburr and clean high volume or difficult to deburr pieces and components.

• All surface-condition sensitive material stored and processed in environmentally controlled building

• Can receive and inventory multiple semi load of material at one-time • Can sandblast and improve the surface of Hot Rolled/Rusty material • Can support Kanban type inventory programs
