site north canal is in the ideal location for high end residential accommodation. situated on the north canal, bounded by the north crescent avenue, the durrat ring road, on the south and the arabian gulf on the north, it is easily accessible yet quiet and tranquil. the durrat al Bahrain master plan proposes three high rise apartment towers, comprising of 19 levels each and situated on a podium. this podium will accommodate car parking, services and community facilities including spas, pools, gyms,a library, retail outlets, cafés, restaurants and cinemas. again the choice is down to the investor, but the potential to create an enticing and relaxing destination, for residents and visitors alike, is unlimited.

overall the project was a great success. our facility recommendations included an entertainment complex, extensive activities for children to cater for large indian families. These included a wildlife theme park and a kids’ club and wave pool.
