Nomination for
Tennis Canterbury Volunteer of the Year
Nominations may be made by any affiliated club member, and must be seconded by another club member in order to be considered valid.
In deciding the Tennis Canterbury Volunteer of the Year Award, Tennis Canterbury will look for a volunteer who has demonstrated outstanding volunteer services at either a club or regional level during the award period.
Tennis Canterbury will look for volunteers that:• Have made a significant impact in tennis, in any voluntary capacity, either in a club or facility in
the local or wider community, or the sport as a whole.• Demonstrated success with an intiative(s) that made a difference to the club/facility or within
the community.
Initiative categories:
Non-paid volunteers of an affiliated club in the Tennis Canterbury region. Award period runs from 1 April 2019 - 31 March 2020.

• Has shown excellent teamwork skills and engaged well with various stakeholders.
