The roll was called by the Clerk of the House of Representatives, who announced that a quorum was not present.

Reps. Gonzales and Stanley introduced House Bill No. 6541, entitled A bill to authorize the state administrative board to convey certain state-owned property in Genesee county; to prescribe conditions for the conveyance; to provide for certain powers and duties of certain state departments in regard to the property; and to provide for disposition of revenue derived from the conveyance. The bill was read a first time by its title and referred to the Committee on Appropriations.

Reps. Kowall and Sheltrown introduced House Bill No. 6542, entitled A bill to amend 1994 PA 451, entitled “Natural resources and environmental protection act,” by amending section 30929 (MCL 324.30929), as added by 2004 PA 522. The bill was read a first time by its title and referred to the Committee on Great Lakes and Environment.
