September Happenings: District Governors Visit A most successful visit by our DG Wally Jacobs and his Ann Arlene. We visited the Bundle of Joy creche to show them the two classrooms donated by M-Projects and the toilets we installed from funds raised at the Golf Day. DG Wally and Pres Charlie, assisted by Donovan Loubser, planted two trees, which we hope will grow and give the children much needed shade. After the tree planting, DG Ann Arlene handed sweets and chips to the excited children.

On the way back to Furn Ridge where the Board meeting was held, we stopped in at Northcrest Primary where computer lessons were in progress.

DG Wally had his meeting with the Rotary Club of Durban Berea after which Rotarians gathered to hear his presentation, fellowship and dinner.
