About the session
• We will be covering the project management concepts and the best practices• The session will be structured using NLP as the backbone. • This means, NLP may not be always openly used. Hence the
participants may not be able to distinguish where the NLP is being used, unless requested. • Since this is a Project Management session using NLP and not a
NLP session for PM’s, the more intent will be given Project Management keeping NLP as backdrop.• There are places where NLP will be used explicitly.
About the session
• Some NLP techniques will be taught to Project Managers for effective use of Project management
• The session will cover guidelines along for best practices.• The session will be conducted by high valued premium trainers who
has rich experience in the real time and has certification in the respective fields.
• As a quality measure, we don’t use the typical industry trainer, unless explicitly requested.
• Hence the trainer will get the required respect, attention and participation from the participants from the day one. Hence the investment by the company on training will bear the required fruit.
