Punjab Energy Development Agency, the state nodal agency for promotion and development of New and Renewable

Energy Projects in the State of Punjab invites offers from the interested project developers to participate in theselection process for setting up of Mini Hydel Projects at the locations mentioned below. The detailed terms andconditions, scope of work, eligibility criteria, selection process, Performance Guarantee, manner and place ofsubmission of Bids etc. are given in the RfP document, which can be downloaded from thewww.etender.punjabgovt.gov.in.orwww.peda.gov.in The important information and bidding schedule is as under:

Earnest MoneyDeposit

Earnest Money @ Rs. 5,00,000/- (Five Lakhs only ) per site for projects upto 1 MW and Rs.10,00,000 (Ten Lakhs only) per site for projects above 1 MW to 3 MW shall be deposited through IPG /RTGS mode or in shape of Bank Guarantee valid for 210 days from the date of submission of e-bid byuploading scanned copy of original bank guarantee. The original bank guarantee must be submitted at thetime of opening of Techno-commercial e-bids.

2. Prospective Project Developers are requested to remain updated for any notices, amendments / modifications /clarification etc. to RfP document conditions, in the website www.etender.punjabgovt.gov.inor www.peda.gov.inonly. No separate notifications will be given for such notices, amendments / modifications / clarifications etc., inthe print media (press) or individually.

3. For participating in the above e-tendering process, the bidders shall have to get themselves registered withetender.punjabgovt.gov.inand get user ID and Password. Class-3 Digital Signature is mandatory to participatein the e-tendering process. 4. Technical / Financial Bid Forms in RfP are for reference purposes only. Bidders have to download the Bid Formsfrom e-tendering website (www.etender.punjabgovt.gov.in)only after payment of RfP document cost.

5. PEDA / Punjab Govt. reserve the right to accept or reject any or all the bids and also annul the entire biddingprocess without assigning any reason thereof.
