Handling PAN India Corporate Desk (Enterprise Business Services Taking incoming calls of TATA Top corporate customers from PAN India and helping
them to solve their problems and assisting them with new services of TATA.
Responsible for handling product related doubts and queries of the team and get it solved with quality and training team.
Cascading process updates to the floor on daily basis.
Attending escalation calls of customers and floor support as per process requirement.
