Hello Dear Neighbors!

YOUR MAINTENANCE FEE OF $60.00 PER Y EAR IS FOR GENERAL MAINTENANCEFORBOTH KRR AND PHASE 2.

Once again, without sounding monotonous, this is very important to ourNeighborhood for our roadsto be considered Good Roads.

Once again this is our Details for Road Phase 2:

YOU¶RE PATRONAGE AND THE GENEROUS DONATIONS FROM ALL OUR NEIGHBORS WILL HELP ENSURE THE START ANDCOMPLETION OF ROAD PHASE 2.

Without every ones help all we will be able to do is the maintenancfor KRR. Please help with the continuation of our ROADIMPROVEMENTS!!!

Road Phase 2 Details

Starting at the end of Kings Ranch Road (KRR), we will go up West on Lane Ranch Road (LRR) 100correct water direction. LRR will be widened to 26¶ to match KRR. There will be a 24´ 40¶ culvert runnEast to West across the lower section of KRR to direct the water flow to LRR. At KRR and LRR there be a 36´ 40¶ culvert to move the water to South side of LRR.

New water gullies will be constructed down LRR to South Hutchinson Road (SHR) and continue down L100¶ to maintain the water flow.

Another double 36´ 40¶ culvert will be used across SHR west to east to transfer the water flow down the r

of LRR. Water gullies will go down both sides of SHR to East Mustang Trail (EMT).

All culverts will have entry and exit basins with rip rap and pans as was done on KRR.

The finished project will be covered with AB as a finish.

UPDATE ON OUR R O AD MAINTENANCE:

In Jul y The Kings Ranch Road (KKR) maintenance Cost $380.00. Due to high traffic, monsoon season, high winds, and speeders the maintenance for KKR will be done ever y tw(2) months through the monsoon season.

A special thanks to Ray Bouton for volunteering to drive the water truck and all thtime spent doing this for N.R.I.

Also, thanks to all the neighbors who helped with the sandbagging on the corner oJay Kay & KKR to avoid flooding from the Monument Fire. Approximately 1,000sandbags were used.

Monsoon Season is here!When it rains the roads get slippery! Please driveslow and cautiously!

Speed Kills Roads! After the road is graded and smoothed, don¶t forget to keeyour speed to 25 mph. The faster the speed the faster the road falls apart!This costs everyone money and it is irritating to drive on a rough road!

CAUTION!!

Sandbags are to prevent flooding from the Monument Fire!!

³SPECIAL ANNOUCEMENT´!!

Anyone living in the vicinity of the Samuel/Jay Kay intersection, the work tobe done on it will cost $800.00. ANY& ALL contributions to have this donewould be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!
