Our Project

Date: From 22nd December 2012 to 2nd January 2013.

Total Period: 13 days.

Area: Vishwabalak Kendra, Mahatma Gandhi nagar.

Total Students: 120 students.

Activity For Students: 30 Activities.

Daily Routine: 5-6 Activities.

Social Activity: Fund Raising.

Recreation (Hobbies, Sports/ Games) :- with Independence & Discipline.

Support children staying with families to become self reliant, emotionally and physically healthy adults, who may not need to seek similar support from organizations.

Enable families and communities to facilitate healthy development of their children.

NGO is platform to make a difference to the lives of children and gift them a promising future. They are a grassroots agency, but we make our mission possible and give inspiration to SERVE more children in need and serve them BETTER.

ACTUAL WORKING

TEACHING

We taught the children about various topics related to discipline, hygiene, sports and indoor activities. They actively took part in it and enjoyed a lot.

FUND RAISING

We also raised funds for helping the children. On the forth day of our internship we went for Fund raising to several companies Foundation and there, our group collected Rs. 1000.

CELEBRATION

On the last day of internship, we organised a small New Year celebration for the children and distributed snacks and study material(books, pencils, erasers, sharpeners and crayons)to them.

SURVEY

We had surveyed Hindustan Petroleum Quarry area where we visited families of the students. We find out that there were some students, who were not able to attain school, n therefore they were getting advantage of any services which organization provides.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Children are very active and participative; this should be utilized properly by providing them with more qualified teachers who can guide them properly.

To improve their English vocabulary there is need of English teacher to properly guide them.

Awareness among the children about education should be spread

Give students awareness about changing technologies.

CONCLUSION

They value our relationship with Children of the World Trust immensely and carry out our wishes in serving the children. They strive to make each of our moments spent here, a MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE. More IMPACTFUL. More FUN.
