POLICEs sweepstake Neymar Jrs Biggest Fan (#nbfPOLICE sweepstakes) is an initiative of De Rigo (UK) Ltd to promote

their various collections of POLICE products and their Global Eyewear Ambassador. The #nbfPOLICE sweepstakes runs from 30th March 2015 (10:00am) until 8th May 2015 (11:59pm) GMT. The prizes are:

1. 1st place grand prize consisting of:-

2 tickets to see a FC Barcelona match in Spain

2 return economy flights to Barcelona

1 room (double or twin occupancy) for 2 nights in Barcelona Minimum of 4* Hotel

2. 2nd -10th Place runner-up prizes consisting of:-

A Barcelona Football Shirt signed by Neymar Jr

The following sweepstakes terms and conditions are made to provide clarity on many aspects. Please do not hesitate to contact us when you have any questions or remarks.

1. This sweepstake is organized by the De Rigo (UK), Suite 6 Building 2 Marlins Meadow Croxley Green Business Park Watford WD18 8YA, United Kingdom, hereinafter referred to as POLICE.

2. The POLICE #nbfPOLICE sweepstake is open to all individuals that have reached the age of 18 and that

participate for private purposes only. Directors, officers, management, employees, other staff and family members of POLICE or any of its affiliated companies and other persons involved in this sweepstake are not eligible to enter this sweepstake.

3. The sweepstake is open from 30th March 2015 until 8th May 2015.

4. Participants may enter the sweepstake as often as they want by:

Uploading a picture for which they have the sole property rights, proving they are Neymar Jrs biggest fan. This could be a photo of all of his shirts or a bedroom filled with posters.

Participants should tag the image with #nbfPOLICE

Participants are able to submit their images Instagram, Twitter or Facebook.

The images will then be displayed on a number of #nbfPOLICE galleries found on various POLICE social channels as well a dedicated competition page.

All entries will be redirected to www.policelifestyle.com. No purchase is necessary.

5. By entering the sweepstake and submitting photographs, participants grant to POLICE a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to exploit the intellectual property as vested in the photographic work. Participants declare that they are the sole owner of the intellectual property rights of the uploaded and/or tagged photo and indemnify POLICE for any intellectual property claims regarding the uploaded and/or tagged photo.

6. Winners will be selected by POLICE and an independent panel at their sole discretion. At the end of the

sweepstake period, the winners posts will be featured on POLICE social media channels and will be contacted by POLICE within 14 days via the (social media) channel that used to enter the sweepstake. The names of the winners will then be officially announced when they have confirmed their prizes. In the event that POLICE cannot for any reason get in contact with the winner within two weeks after the sweepstakes, POLICE reserves the right to select another winner at its sole discretion.

7. The prize must be booked by 30/08/2015 and the trip taken by 30/11/15. All tickets and seats will depend

on the availability of the stadium.

8. The prize does not include Travel insurance. We highly recommend you take out your own insurance.

9. To join the sweepstake, submissions must be received before the end of the sweepstake period. POLICEs decisions as to the administration and operation of the sweepstake and the selection of the potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the sweepstake and is not open for correspondence with POLICE.

10. No cash redemptions or prize substitutions allowed. The prizes, or any unused portion thereof, cannot be

returned, are non-transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

11. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid. The winners may be required to provide a written acknowledgement of acceptance of all terms and conditions of the sweepstake.

12. Participants accept that:

Participants may not use the sweepstake for the expression of political or religious ideas, pornography, obscenity, vulgarity, hatred, bigotry, racism or gratuitous violence.

POLICE has the right to refuse any entry which contains material which is offensive, injurious, obscene, vindictive, indecent, immoral, aggressive, sexually oriented, racist, derisive, slanderous, discriminatory, or in any other way not in line with good taste and decency, or which POLICE deems in its sole discretion to be otherwise unacceptable.

Entries may not conflict with applicable law or regulations, or the rights of third parties, including without limitation featuring people who have not consented to their image being entered and featuring copy right protected works or names, logos and registered trademarks without the rights holders consent.

Entries may not in any way harm POLICE, its affiliates, its agents and/or the POLICE brand.

Participants may not upload, or post, any material that contains software viruses or any other computer codes, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the use of any software or devices.

POLICE retains the right to exclude participants from participating in the sweepstake and to delete entries if these are not in line with these General Rules of Conduct or are otherwise in conflict with these terms and conditions.

13. POLICE explicitly reserves the right to refuse or remove a submission of an entrant, at its sole discretion, in

the event POLICE determines an entrant does not comply with all rules and regulations as contained herein.

14. If for any reason any aspect of this sweepstake is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of

infection by computer virus, telephone network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of POLICE, POLICE reserves the right, at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstake, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the relevant authorities in the United Kingdom, if required.

15. POLICE reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the

entry process or operation of POLICE or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

16. POLICE collects personal information obtained from the winners to send them their prize and may, for this

purpose only, disclose such information to third parties.

17. Participants should direct any request to access, update or correct their personal information to POLICE. All personal details will be held and dealt with in accordance with the POLICE Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at http://www.policelifestyle.com/en_EN/privacy and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of POLICE.

18. POLICE (including its officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence) for any

personal injury or any loss or damage otherwise arising out of or in connection, directly or indirectly, with this sweepstake, the prize(s) or technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under POLICEs control).

19. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, by participating in the sweepstake, all Participants agree to release and hold harmless POLICE, and its affiliates, suppliers, distributors, parent companies, and each of POLICEs officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the sweepstake or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

20. These rules shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with British law and any disputes arising

out of them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the British courts. 21. POLICE are not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances whereby Neymar Jr is not present at the

grand prize (two tickets to see FC Barcelona in Spain). This includes player injury, suspension and non-selection.

22. The grand prize winner and guest must have a full passport valid for at least six months at time of travel.

23. The grand prize winner and guest must be aged 18 or over.

24. Any necessary visas are the responsibility of the grand prize winner and guest.

25. The prize does not include domestic transfers, personal expenses, service charges or any other service or

item not specifically described above.

26. The grand prize cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year, Easter or Bank Holidays (in the UK and Spain)

27. For all prizes there are no cash alternatives available nor can be transferred, sold, auctioned or exchanged.

28. The Promoter is responsible for provision of a prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the quality of service received, the availability of specific services, or the failure of any third party to fulfil its contractual obligations when the entrant redeems their prize or gift voucher. Any complaint about the service or quality issues affecting the redemption of your prize or gift voucher should be resolved directly with the service provider. The Promoter is in no way endorsing the services of the third parties in this promotion.

29. If for any reason the grand prize winner is unavailable to redeem the prize and travel to Spain, POLICE is

not responsible. The prize will then be forfeited and the winner will not receive a replacement prize.
