Can you help? Junior Registrar wanted now.
Our Competitive U12 – U18 Junior registrar, Lina Montgomery, sadly is standing down from the Committee at the end of the 2014 season. It is critical that a replacement is found as current Belwest committee members are not in a position to take on this role.
The role involves working with our coaches, the administration and coordination of registrations, team allocations, the distribution of team lists, and team nominations/census requirements to Capital Football. We can support and help set you up. Computer skills in excel and word would be advantageous . All expenses incurred for printing, email, telephone and postage etc are reimbursed.
Please consider this request; it is vital that a replacement steps forward as without this registrar position filled there will be no U12-U18 competitive teams representing Belwest in 2015.
If you are able to assist the players and the Belwest community then let us know as soon as possible and we shall arrange to get together.
We wish to thank Lina for her valuable time and contribution to the Belwest Committee, you will be missed
Thank you, Belwest Committee

A big thank you to all our Belwest Volunteers who fill roles within the Club - Coaches, Managers, Committee members and other support roles.
Every sporting and recreation organisation that works with children and young people has an obligation to provide a safe environment for them and those volunteers who have contact with children in ACT clubs and associations, including Belwest Foxes Soccer Club Inc., are captured under the regulated activity called ‘Clubs, associations and movements’. To be compliant with this regulation ALL Belwest Volunteers who have contact with young children must register with the Office of Regulatory Services (ORS) by 7 November 2015.

We are asking our Belwest Volunteers to lead the way and please register as soon as possible. We would like to have all Belwest Volunteers registered for the 2014 season. It is FREE for volunteers to apply and the registration is valid for 3 years.
