IPSF Newsletter International Pharmaceutical Students’ Federation September 2009 Humanitarian Edition The aim of this project is to provide medical help and ensure health care for people living in refugee camps around Gulu, Northern Uganda. MPNUP will take place from 1st January until 31st December, 2010. A team consisting of a doctor, a driver, a coordinator and 3 pharmacy students will visit the refugee camps 3 times per week and provide basic medical care. September 2009 Humanitarian Edition

Volunteers must be members of IPSF to participate in MPNUP. Application fee: For 6 weeks-------------------------------200 USD 9 weeks-------------------------------300 USD 12 weeks------------------------------400 USD This fee does not cover accommodation (volunteers will live in a rented house) and meal costs. This will be additional expenses (app 40 USD per week). IPSF is looking for member countries

that would like to help fundraising for MPNUP. If your choose to volunteer, IPSF kindly asks that you and your association assist us by fundraising for the project. You can organize different humanitarian activities, such as fun runs, bazaars, or parties in order to help IPSF raise funds for the project.
