Dear Parents and Caregivers Hope you had a fantastic Labour Weekend and spent just a little time relaxing before that Christmas rush and madness we all seem to get caught up in. On behalf of everyone connected with Pongakawa a huge thank you to our wonderful PTA, other helpers, staff, communi-ty and students for another wonderful Ag. Day. We had marvellous weather and the tradition and culture epitomised by this event was clearly evident. It also showed how important the school is to our community when in many areas this has become far less noticeable. In the coming weeks we have other major events which we hope you can attend and be a part of Athletics and Grandparents’ days are examples of this. Have a fantastic week and huge congratulations to all students who move on to represent us at Group Day. Craig Haggo Principal
