@blakeyblogs time management, grasp of technology, efficiency, creative use of material over different platforms

@alexwalters  CMS proficiency, a little audio/video editing, social networking presence, adaptability to new tech and traditional skills.

@brettsr in addition to whats been said, thinking about how to get the story beyond your own outlet.

@journotutor Great story telling ability. Good contacts, scepticism, willingness to check and check again, technological literacy

@jamescridland Are you claiming that there shd be any other type of journalist other than a 'multi-media' one?

I know people think that Twitter is just a matter of 140 characters, but used well it is a very powerful tool and I've been building some great connections through it...So in terms of skills, well, I'm a radio producer and journalist - and I've used those skills on-air and online to produce content, but I'm also a communicator, and that is the main skill I've been using in social media.
