Go to Taxbase - >> Application - >> Work Flow Management .

This is a screen which you will get after clicking on the WFM

Here you have to set your database path for WFM module and Taxbase Module

After setting path it will show you default user name as SUPERUSER created form Taxbase Software and same password.

Also option is provided to do data base structure update after updating a new version of WFM

Login Screen :


Main Screen :

You will get this screen after you click on OK Button on the login screen. On this screen you will see main Menus on the top line and its sub menu on the below screen click on close.


Organization Registration :

Under Master you have to provide your organization details as shown in the below screen shot.


Other Group Creation :

From Master ->> Group

You can create different groups other than present in Taxbase Software.

Group from Taxbase will automatically fetch in the WFM software


Category / Designation Creation :

You can create different categories in your organization along with there charges per hour as shown in the screen shot.

From Master ->> Designation

You can create different designations working in your organization as shown in the screen shot.


Branch / Book & CD Entry :

You can create different Branches of your organization as shown in the screen shot.

From Master ->> Book / CD Library

You can create different Books or list of CD’s available within your organization as shown in the screen shot.


Holiday Listing / Work Master :

You can create Holiday’s declared by your organization during the year through this option as shown in the screen shot.

From Master ->> Work Type Master

You can create Other than declared works done by your organization with associates sub works under it as shown in the screen shot.


Employee & Rights creation :

Taxbase Assessee :

In this screen it will show you automatically assessee’s which are present in the Taxbase Software in this screen, as shown in the below scree shot.


Rights allocation to Employees :

This is the same option which is provided to you while defining the employees list in your organization.


Inward Register :

From Data Entry ->> Inward Register

In this screen you have to mentioned the documents which are getting inward in your office then you have to mentioned whether it is returnable, as shown in the below scree shot.


Returnable Register :

Once you save it, it will automatically reflect under outward register mention details in the screen and save it as shown in the below screen shot.


Work Authorization :

In My Diary, it will reflect the work of user, whether it is completed, pending or Roll Back as shown in the below screen shot, same details will display under timesheet option also.


Work Transfer :

This is the option from which C.A. can transfer pending works from one employee to another employee as shown in the screen shot.


Attendance Master :

This is a screen through which you can keep the attendance up to date of the organization, if you click on settings, they you have to mentioned weekly off from the week days.


Proposal to Customer :

This is option from which C.A. sends the work proposal to customer as shown in the screen shot.


Proposal Acceptance :

This is option from which C.A. mentioned whether his proposal in accepted or rejected by customer.

He can allocate the work to his employee’s only if his proposal is accepted by customers.


Work Allocation :

This is option from which C.A. can allocate the work against approved proposal to his employees.

Document Management :

This is option from which C.A. can link the important document related to customers. After linking documents he can simply click on file name it will open that file which is stored on computer as per shown in the screen shot.

Through this option he can directly able to send the mail also to customers.
