Wind of Change

Dear comrade,

Congratulations for making the big step of applying for LCVP. This shows your commitment and loyalty to our LC,

but also your willingness to make things better inside and outside AIESEC in Blida.

After a long brainstorming and a deep reality-check, I had, as LCP of AIESEC in Blida, to take some decisions

that I think are the most relevant, in order to improve our performances and widen the impact of our actions on

society.

Many changes were made within the EB team, and the structure of all the departments, as illustrated above.

Consequently, the following positions are now open: LCVP Talent Management, LCVP Marketing & Public

Relations and LCVP Finance, Legal & Business Development.

Hopefully, those operations will help our LC move forward. I am sure that, with the new EB and the contribution

of every single motivated member, we will achieve our goals, inshAllah.

AIESECly yours,

Tarek-Islam

LCP 1516 of AIESEC in Blida
