including behavior analysis and individual behavior plans.

Mar. 1 Effective Feedback

Excellence is the Standard

Location: Meetings at Thomasville Middle School’s Media Center

Time: 3:15 – 4:30 Unless otherwise scheduled

BLT 3 Staff:Mentors and BLT 3 staff will discuss 3 articles provided

during the 1st, 2nd and 3rd quarters.

Observations: All BLT 1, 2 and 3 teachers do 2 observations each year.

One observation should be of the mentor and another

peer. Mentors and administrators assist in selection of

the peer for the observation.

Video: All BLT 1, 2 and 3 staff will do a videotaped lesson and

review it with the mentor.

Make Up: Online PD modules will be used for makeup sessions as well as information in the Live Binder.
