New parameters in NodeB after WN7.0 upgrade

The following additional parameters needs to be configured in WN7.0 both when a site is upgraded to WN7.0 and also if new site is implemented.

All the parameters needs to be defined by the Network planner for the area. These parameters will affect the total capacity of the NodeB for both voice and data traffic.

Enable Automatic licensing in use and fill in the value for R99 CE. In this example it is set to 96.

In page 10 we need to choose the HSDPA capacity sets used. In this example we have numberOfHSDPASet2 set as 2

Page 11 shows the HSDPA throughput and the Scheduler ID. We use the System default values, but these can be modified according to Network planner.

In Page 12 we choose the HSUPA BTS processing set value according to plan.

In this example site we have the following parameters set :numberOfR99ChannelElements= 96numberOfHSDPASet1=0numberOfHSDPASet2=2numberOfHSDPASet3=0numberOfHSUPASet1=5

When these parameters are set the BTS will be recommissioned and the new licenses will be collected from Netact if the O&M connection is up.
