NOTICE

Publication of Modifications in Draft Revised Development Plan of Nashik u/s 28(4) of Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966

Whereas, an "Officer" appointed (hereinafter referred to as “said Officer”) u/s 21(4A) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act. 1966 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act.”) and Joint Director of Town Planning, Nashik Division, Nashik has published the Draft Revised Development Plan of Nashik (hereinafter referred to as “the said draft Development Plan”) u/s 26(1) of the said Act, vide notice dated 23rd May, 2015 which appered in Maharashtra Government Gazzette of Nashik Division suppliment Part – 1, dated 4-10 June, 2015 for inviting suggestions/objections from general public;

And whereas, after considering the suggestions/objections to the said draft Development Plan received within stipulated period, the Planning Committee constitued u/s 28(2) of the said Act, has submitted its report to the said Officer on 03.11.2015;

And whereas, the said Officer accepted the report of Planning Committee and passed the Resolution No. 2, dated 04.11.2015 to make modifications / changes to the said Plan and submit the said draft Development Plan for sanction to the Government u/s 30 of the said Act;

And whereas, it is necessary to publish the said draft Development Plan so modified, for inspection of the public as provided u/s 28(4) of the said Act;

Now, therefore, the list of modifications made u/s 28(4) of the Act., by the said Officer is hereby published as Appendix-A as per the provisions of said Act. for information of the public. The said draft Development Plan showing the modifications is kept open for the inspection of the public in the following offices during office hours on working days for a period of 30 days and is also available on website www.nashikcorporation.in.
