SIT CLOSER THAN EVER. Seats will be among the closest to the playing field in all of baseball.

THE COOLEST PLACE IN TOWN. With the roof closed, the ballpark will be kept to an average temperature of 75 degrees, ensuring that Marlins fans never again have to worry about the unpredictable Miami weather. No more sweating! No more rain delays!

ESPECIALLY FOR BASEBALL. Designed as a baseball-only ballpark, our intimate new 37,000-spectator home will offer the best sightlines.

CONCOURSE OF ACTION. A 360-degree Promenade Level will give fans a live view of the playing field from anywhere on the concourse, plus diverse and quality food options.

SPECTACULAR CONCESSIONS. Concession stands and portables will be located throughout the concourses at every level, offering a diverse menu of delicious food and beverage. A total of 36 concession stands, 40 portables and 15 bars will be open for every event.

EASY ACCESSIBILITY. Accessible seating locations and aisle-transfer seats will offer a full complement of prices, locations and amenities. In addition, the ballpark will include an abundance of ramps, elevators and staircases to make moving between levels seamless and hassle-free.

RESERVED PARKING. 5,700 parking spaces will immediately surround the ballpark and are included with the purchase of many season ticket packages.

MAKE A SPLASH. Marlins fans can reserve La Playa, a private seating and lounge area that will include access to a pool behind the left field wall, where you will be able to watch the game or sneak a peak at the pitchers warming up in the home bullpen.

STATE OF THE ART. The New Marlins Ballpark will be an aesthetic marvel, featuring an operable wall in left field yielding breathtaking views of downtown Miami. The ballpark will also exhibit world-class art throughout.

Hall of Fame Club seats provide the best location in the ballpark for a shared suite setting. Hall of Fame Club members are seated in one of two 44-person suites on the third base side, and receive complimentary food and beverage. The Hall of Fame Club is dedicated to Marlins Hall of Famers of the past and the future. Both suites provide great sightlines and offer access to the Legends Level.

The Legends Level offers two seating areas which include credits good for exclusive food, beverages and/or retail items with each season ticket. Legends Platinum and Legends Gold seats include an on-site parking garage pass to every game, to go with a heightened sense of privacy and exclusivity in the ballpark.

The Legends Platinum seats are located alongside the first and third base lines and provide extraordinary views of the field in addition to enhanced food and beverage menu options throughout the Legends Level. Next to the Legends Platinum sections is Legends Gold seating, located along the first and third base lines in the outfield.



DUGOUT CLUBS Located next to the first and third base dugouts, Dugout Club seats put you close to the field and feature access to private and exclusive clubs, which are accessible before, during and after all events and can be reserved for non-event dates. Guests enjoy complimentary food and beverage options delivered directly to their seats. Dugout Club seating is limited to just 296 seats among four rows and six seating sections divided between the first base and third base sides.

Championship Suites provide the opportunity to be a season ticket holder in a shared luxury suite setting. Dedicated to the two Marlins World Series titles, these suites include complimentary food and beverage. There are two Championship Suites, each providing magnificent field views. The 2003 Championship Suite, located along the first base line, seats 40 guests. The 1997 Championship Suite, located along the third base line, seats up to 62.

The Diamond Club is Miami’s most exclusive premium entertainment experience. Located on the Field Level directly behind home plate as close as 47 feet from the batter’s box, these seats are ideal to entertain clients, friends and family, reward your employees, socialize with other guests or simply to enjoy the best seats in the house for each Marlins game. Every guest enjoys all-inclusive high-end dining, dessert and beverage service*, as well as a private and exclusive club, which is accessible before, during and after all events and can be reserved for non-event dates. The Diamond Club consists of just 379 seats, with a total of eight rows and five seating sections.

Home Plate Box provides some of the best views of the field on the Promenade Level, as well as an on-site parking pass for every two season tickets. These twelve sections are ideal locations for treating family, friends and business associates to an intimate experience of Marlins baseball and premier entertainment.


PROMENADE LEVEL SEATINGThe Promenade Level is the central hub of the ballpark, where almost 70% of the seats are located, and fans will find plenty of concession and merchandise options, including the Taste of Miami located in left field.

Season ticket holders in Promenade Level seating sections will have the option to reserve their seats for postseason games.

BASE RESERVED The Base Reserved sections are located above the Clubhouse Box seats behind first and third base. These seats are limited to two sections per side.

BASELINE RESERVEDBaseline Reserved seats are located on the Promenade Level down the first and third base lines. This category of seats consists of six sections on each side.

BULLPEN RESERVEDThe Bullpen Reserved seats are located next to the home bullpen in left field and the visiting bullpen in right field. These sections are home run landing zones and will allow fans a unique opportunity to see directly into the bullpen.
