RE: WMSB - ALNWICK Project Project No. 5511-010 FROM: Larson Design Group 1000 Commerce Park Drive Williamsport, PA 17701 (570) 323-6603 (570) 323-9902 fax TO: Prospective Bidders This Addendum forms a part of the Contract Documents and modifies the original Bidding Documents dated January 29, 2015; Addendum No. 1, dated February 9, 2015; and Addendum No. 2, dated February 18, 2015, as noted below. Acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the space provided on the Bid Form. Failure to do so may subject Bidder to disqualification. It is the responsibility of each prime contractor to provide their respective subcontractors with the information contained in all issued addenda.
CLARIFICATION: In addition to the work shown on the drawings and noted in the specifications for each prime contractor, a brief clarification of some of the work follows: A. CLARIFICATIONS
1. It is the responsibility of the EC to provide back boxes, conduit above ceiling, pull data cabling, provide and terminate data jacks, provide network patch panels, and terminate connects to patch panels. EC shall run tests on data cabling.
2. MC cabling is allowed as whips to lighting fixtures and between receptacles. Junction boxes and conduit are required from electrical panels to locations above ceiling, below concrete or behind inaccessible walls.
3. Under the base contract, the contractor shall provide B-1 base as shown on A1.3 everywhere. Add Alternate #1 is to install the Chemetal base on the millwork only.
