This information shall be provided according to the order, forms, and formats established by the Federal Tax Service. The validity of accreditations of foreign companies’ branches and representative offices will expire on 1 April 2015 if they have not fulfilled these requirements, and so will the validity of the permit to establish representative offices of foreign companies. Laws and regulations regarding the above requirements: The Federal Law No. 106-FZ dated 05.05.2014 ‘On amendments to a number of legislative acts of the Russian Federation’; The RF Government regulation No. 1372 dated 16.12.2014 ‘On amendments to the Regulations on the Federal Tax Service and the invalidation of a number of RF Government acts’; The FTS of Russia’s order No. ММВ-7-14/668@ dated 22.12.2014 ‘On the empowerment of the Interdistrict Inspectorate of the No. 47 Federal Tax Service for Moscow to accredit foreign companies’ branches and representative offices (except for the representative offices of foreign credit companies)’. New Filing Required for Accreditation of Foreign Representative Offices and Branches

By 1 April 2015 foreign companies’ branches and representative offices that were accredited and were running operations based on a permit to establish representative offices in the Russian Federation on 1 January 2015, and whose accreditation or permit does not expire before 1 April 2015, are obliged to submit files to the Interdistrict Inspectorate of the No. 47 Federal Tax Service for Moscow.
