The distinctive new design.

No matter how you look at it, the New Caddy

Trendline impresses with sharp, precise and

dynamic lines, and a whole host of

distinctive features. In particular its new

rear with a spoiler, as well as the new

sportier design at the front, have been

perfected. Newly designed, striking

headlights and clear contouring of the tail

lights, available with optional tinting

(fig. 01), give the vehicle a very special touch

of class. Nevertheless, the Caddy Trendline

remains true to itself: a superbly versatile

and practical vehicle for the whole family.

A cockpit of the highest quality.

Please take a seat. Inside you will find up to

seven extremely comfortable seats and a

new high-quality finish on the cockpit – with

the newly designed leather-covered

multifunction steering wheel available on

request. Of course, there are also several cup

holders and practical storage spaces, for

instance in the doors and the central

console. In addition, a spacious roof shelf

(fig. 01) is located directly above the

driver and passenger seats, where it is

possible to store larger objects.

every day. The interior with folding,

double-folding and removable seats.

Workdays, Sundays, holidays. Every day is

different. That is why the seats in the second

seating row of the New Caddy can be

easily folded, double-folded or, if

necessary, removed (fig. 01–03). This

creates the space needed for big shopping

trips, and transporting small furniture. The

low loading sill height and the even load

surface make loading and unloading as easy

as possible.

The latest standards in safety.

The extensive technology package for the New Caddy Trendline.

To ensure that every adventure ends as stress-free as it begins, the New Caddy is equipped with

various safety systems, which are activated in critical situations as a preventative measure.

New to the onboard standard equipment is the Automatic Post-Collision Braking System.

Following an accident, the vehicle begins a phased braking action down to 10 km/h in order to

prevent secondary collisions. Should an impact nonetheless result, for the first time as standard

starting from the Trendline equipment line, head airbags will provide optimal protection to

passengers in the outer seats of the second seating row.

Electronic Stabilisation Programme.

It prevents under- or over-steering via

targeted braking of individual wheels.

Prevents wheel block and, thus,

maintains manoeuvrability.

Distri butes the engine’s torque to the tyres

sensors detect an accident. After a short

delay, the vehicle begins a phased braking

fastened, the seat belt warning reminds the driver

and, for the first time, the front passenger to fasten

their belts with a visual warning when the engine

comes with driver and front passenger airbags as

standard, and side/head airbags too. As standard

Comfort 2.0 – the new driver assistance systems.

A relaxing drive, every time.

“Rear View” reversing camera. Simplifies parking by showing

a limited view of the area behind the vehicle on the display

of the radio. Additional static guidelines facilitate the

parking process. The reversing camera is only available in

combination with the tailgate.

The New Caddy Maxi Trendline has space

for anything, for anyone, to go anywhere.

Space to be spontaneous. It is 47 cm

longer than the short version. This is

especially noticeable in the rear seats and

load compartment of this 7-seater. For the

passengers, this means convenient entry

and exit through two extra-wide sliding

doors (fig. 01), as well as ample head and

leg room. At the same time, the load

compartment offers 530 litres of space,

so you’ll never run short of packing space.

The New Caddy Maxi also comes with the

option of a 6-speed DSG® dual clutch

gearbox that changes in perfect time for

a smooth and comfortable drive.

As a 2-seater, the New Caddy boasts an impressive 3,030 ℓ

loading space volume – and even more when the front

passenger seat is folded down. Ideal for lots of luggage.

The second row of seats is divided in a ratio of ⅔ and ⅓.

This provides plenty of individually customisable

usage possibilities.

For us, flexible was never flexible enough. The New Caddy Trendline

and Alltrack both come standard as a 5-seater, with an optional

7-seater package, and the Caddy Maxi Trendline comes standard as a

7-seater. The rear seats in the New Caddy can be folded, and

completely removed – sometimes even independently of each other.

The single seats in the second seating row can even be double-

folded if necessary. This allows the interior to be adapted whichever

way your imagination conjures up – no matter how wild this may

be.

01 “Composition Colour” radio system. The system consists of a 12.7 cm (5 inch) TFT colour display,

an MP3- and WMA-compatible CD drive, a 4 x 20 Watt output with six loudspeakers, an SD-card slot, and AUX-IN

interface, and a dual tuner with phase diversity for optimal radio reception. Bluetooth connection for mobile

phones is a standard feature.

Exterior.

01 Privacy glass. Tinted side and rear windows are available for the passenger

compartment. They screen the interior from view, and provide excellent protection

from solar radiation.

02 Tow bar preparation (not illustrated). This consists of a trailer detection control

unit complete with wiring, and includes trailer stabilisation. A tow bar can therefore

easily be retrofitted at any time.

04 Detachable tow bar. This lockable tow bar can be detached when not in use. This makes

manoeuvring easier, especially when parking in small spaces. Like the fixed tow bar, it is

designed for trailer loads of 660 kg (unbraked) to 1,500 kg (braked), and is also fitted with

05 Bi-Xenon headlights. The Bi-Xenon headlights produce both high and low beams, and

illuminate the roadway significantly better than conventional halogen headlights. They

07 Tailgate with window. The smooth-functioning tailgate can be opened with one

hand. When open, it offers protection from rain and sunshine during loading and

unloading. A third brake light is integrated into the spoiler. The tailgate is always

equipped with a soft touch opening system.

08 Rear wing doors with windows. The roof-height rear wing doors are divided in a ratio

of ⅔ to ⅓, and have a maximum opening angle of 180 degrees. They can be separately

fixed in an open position to allow longer goods to be transported, if necessary. Please

bear in mind when ordering rear wing doors, the number plate light holder is made

of black plastic.

distinctive flair, and lend the new tailgate a

The leather trim equipment includes the gear lever knob and the handbrake lever, as well as the gaiter. It can be combined with either

behind are too bright, and regulate the intervals of the windscreen wipers during rain. The automatic driving light

using a button on the underside of the number plate light holder.

compartment of the Caddy and six in the Caddy Maxi to safely secure
