New Trains to be Introduced in April 2014 : 1400
No. of Seats per Bogey : 160No. of Switch’s per Bogey : 52No. of Switch per Train : 52*15 = 784(Including 4 Motorman)No. of Fan’s per Bogey : 42No. of Fan’s per Train : 42*15 = 634 (Including 4 Motorman)
Sampling Calculation (100 Train)
No. of Switches : 784*100 = 78,400
No. of Fans : 634*100 = 63,400

Selling Price StructureSelling Price Structure
Calculation (1300 Train)
No. of Switches : 784*1300 = 10,19,200
No. of Fans : 634*1300 = 8,24,200
So, Cost of Switches : 10,19,200*1000 = 101,92,00,000
Total Cost of 1400 Trains
100 Trains + 1300 Trains = 1400 Trains
6,27,20,000 + 101,92,00,000 = 108,19,20,000
