Janice is the Managing Director of the ENTECOM franchise and has a B.Sc (Nature Sciences). She was employed in
the Food Industry for 11 years and has a wide range of expe-rience which includes: Research and Development, Quality Assurance and Production. She started ENTECOM in 2004 and has been consulting and training in the Food Industry since. She is a FoodBev registered assessor and moderator. Janice is a trained Food Safety (HACCP 10330 and ISO 22000) and BRC (British Retail Consortium – Global Food Safety) Lead Auditor and has a certificate in Advanced HACCP Principles (Dr Robert Gaze – Campden Chorely-wood Research Institute). She has also successfully completed the SAATCA examination for Lead Auditors (ISO 9001: 2000). In 2011 she was chosen as one of three finalists in the Eastern Cape for the Regional Woman’s Achiever Award.

Clarice is the Marketing & Sales Manager of this dynamic team and holds a B.Tech Marketing Management (NMMU) plus has
over 5 years sales experience. She has worked in various industries, including managing the doctors’ accounts for a national medical weight loss company and handling the Eastern Province, Border and Garden Route accounts for an international cycling and sports apparel company. Clarice has been with Entecom since March 2012.

Mthokozisi, or MT, studied BSc(Hons) Agriculture specializing in Food Chemistry and Technology (University Of Pretoria) ,
Business Management and Administration (Regent Business School and MANCOSA) as well as Marketing Management (UNISA). Has worked as a Lab technician, Microbiology Lab Supervisor and Food Safety Officer before joining ENTECOM in 2014. Has completed courses in IS0 22000:2005, FSSC 22000 Implementation as well as Suppli-er and Internal Auditing. He has also taught 1st year students for a year at the University of Pretoria as an assistant lectur-er. Currently he is working towards his Lead Auditing Course via ACI Global as well as studying towards a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management.
MTHOKOZISI NKOSI Consultant & Facilitator
Richard has a National Diploma in Food Technology from Cape Peninsula Univer-sity of Technology, cum laude. He
completed his 12 month in-service training working in the laboratory for a wine and spirits company. He has hands-on experience in the dairy and meat industry in the implementa-tion of food safety systems. Richard has been working for Entecom since March 2014 as a facilitator and he also assist with pre-audits and implementation of food safety systems. Currently, Richard is in the process of completing his Lead Auditor Course via ACI Global.

Brett holds a B.Com Honours CA (SA) qualification, is a registered assessor and moderator and has a post-graduate
diploma in Financial Planning. He has been involved in various business entities for more than 20 years and current-ly heads up business support and entrepreneurial develop-ment at Entecom. He is able to present several entrepre-neurial courses which are accredited through the Internation-al Labour Organisation. Brett specialises in Financial, Strategic and Business Management where he is involved in training, coaching and mentorship. He is able to communi-cate fluently in English, Afrikaans and Xhosa.

Aileen studied Molecular Cellular Microbi-ology at the University of Stellenbosch. Her experience in the food industry
includes working in research and development, quality control and quality assurance. She received extensive training and experience in the dairy industry and insight in new product development while working as a key account sales manager for an international company. Aileen is a FoodBev registered assessor and possesses training in HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, practical food safety inspection and auditing, allergen management, food labelling, food defense and lead auditing. Aileen enjoys travelling and has worked and received training in Brazil and Denmark. Aileen is a qualified Lead Auditor in HACCP & ISO 22000.

Rika has 8 years’ experience as an Indus-trial Inspector / Senior Administration Clerk with the Department of Labour. She also
has 7 years’ experience as a branch logistics administrator with On the Dot (Media 24). She had her own successful small business for 8 years. Currently Rika is responsible for admin functions and training coordination. Rika is working towards completing her assessor and moderator training. She has been with Entecom since 2013.

Angela has owned the Entecom East London Franchise since 2009. She has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Environ-
mental Health, cum laude. She is a trained Food Safety Lead Auditor and is a registered assessor with the FoodBev SETA. Before starting with Entecom, Angela worked at local and district level government for 8 years. She was involved in local community education and awareness programmes in health and sanitation issues and setting up and managing two water and milk laboratories at both local and district levels. Since with Entecom, she has assisted many Eastern Cape companies with successfully implementing various food safety management systems.
ANGELA JORDAN Franchise Owner
Mtho has been in the food and beverages industry for 14 years. He has worked in the laboratory, quality control, SHEQ management systems, food safety training and sanitation. He has experience in 3rd party auditing in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and Food Safety Management Systems. He has worked for The Breweries
(Barley Malting and Brewing plants) Coca-Cola, Kelloggs and Bureau Veritas Certification. He was instrumental in the successful implementation of the HACCP, ISO 14001 and the Coca-Cola management systems at Delta Beverages. He has qualifications in Applied Chemical Technology, Diploma in Quality Assurance, Management Development Program and a Bachelor of Commerce. He is also a trained and qualified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHAS 18001 and HACCP.

Estee completed a Bsc. Food Management and Hospitality degree from the University of Pretoria. She has worked for several high profile FMCG companies in the bakery and convenience food industries and has work experience in the Production environment, Implementation and Maintenance of Quality systems (FSSC, HACCP), Quality
Control and Product Development. Estee is a Qualified Lead Auditor in Food Safety Systems and has been trained in HACCP implementation, FSSC 22000 implementation, Internal auditing as well as BRC. She has successfully implemented and maintained FSSC 22000 certification at a leading industrial bakery and has vast experience with different customer requirement standards such as AIB GMP audits (915 average score), YUM standards (85% average score) and SQMS standards (90% average score), for which she has received extensive training at a Quality centre in Hong Kong.
ESTEÉ DE VILLIERS Franchise Owner
Rolf is co-owner of the Tshwane and Western Cape Franchises. He holds a BSc.Honours degree from UOFS and a
MSc. Food Science degree from the University of Stellenbosch. His Masters thesis was on implementing HACCP for the seafood industry. He has lead auditor qualifications for most of the major food safety accreditation schemes. He joins us after being manager of Africa, Middle East and Europe at AIB international. This included food safety auditing and training in more than 60 countries over a 15 year period. During this time he has gained a great deal of expertise in the finer points of food safety including interpretations of HACCP, Allergen Management, Hygienic Design, Integrated Pest Management, Microbiological Monitoring, Traceability, Food Defence and Forensic Inspections. He also has a keen interest in the softer skills of food safety namely understanding root cause analysis, motivation personnel and integrating systems to actually make food safety work. Rolf plans to bring his international experience and some new ideas to Entecom to inspire the passion for food safety!

Gerda Britz (M.Sc Microbiology) is the owner of the Mpumalanga franchise. Her M. Sc was conducted at the University of
Pretoria, the title of her thesis being “Water quality of Citrus dip tanks and the impact on Salmonella species in the citrus export chain”. She has 10 years’ experience in the food industry as a lab technician, researcher, auditor and quality control. She has completed several courses in this time including HACCP Level 3, Allergen management, FSSC 22000, BRC Issue 6, Chilled Food - Doing it right, Management Systems Auditing, Leading Management Systems Audit Teams, and Facilitator training.
