INVITATIONS

Now that the new Artistry Hydra-V™ products are available, it’s time to start planning your Artistry Hydra-V™ launch event for you and your customers, prospects, and downline IBOs! New product launch events are an excellent way to share what is fresh, new, and exciting from Artistry™.

Your event will give your customers, prospects, or other IBOs a chance to interact with each other, see and sample products, and check out special offers and gifts that are available for a limited time. This guide will provide you with tips to help you get started on your Artistry Hydra-V™ launch event!

Create your own customized invitations to send to your guests through email or Facebook,® using the format below as your guide (template not available). You can also send your guests the digital Great Starts Here Mini Catalog from Digital Publications so they can become familiar with the products that you will be featuring at your event.

PLANNING YOUR EVENTThe most important step of your event is planning it! Use this checklist to get started, and feel free to tailor it to your guests. Start off by ordering your Artistry Hydra-V™ Demo and Display Kit and creating your guest list.

SET THE TONE

Use Artistry Hydra-V™ colors as your theme!

• Light blue balloons.

• Stylish pink flower bouquets in vases.

• Glass bowls of blueberries (to represent Hawaiian acai berries) and pink rock salt (available in most groceries stores or online).

DROP & SHOP

• Offer customers this personal, extra service – make it fun and all about them!

SHARING ARTISTRY™ PRODUCTSYour launch event is a fun way to introduce new products, and it’s also a good time to share the entire Artistry™ brand with those who aren’t familiar with it:

• Have several of your favorite Artistry™ products displayed on one table for guests to experience.

• Pull one or two of your favorite products out of your purse or tote bag and talk about your own experience with the products. Share your story and be enthusiastic – customers will respond positively to product testimonials from someone they know.

• Listen to guests’ needs and concerns, share testimonials and product benefits, offer solutions.

• Have the Artistry™ Skincare Guide on hand and the Skincare Recommender bookmarked on your laptop or tablet to help guests determine which products are right for them.

• Ask for the sale. Would they like to try it? May you order it for them? Use a close-ended question that requires a “yes” or “no” answer. If the answer is “no,” or “maybe,” ask more open-ended questions to learn why and to discover more about their needs.

• For “yes” answers and your repeat customers, have copies of the Artistry™ Forward Beauty Catalog, order forms, calculators, and extra pens readily available so they can make purchases.

• Showcase your New IBO Welcome Product Kit – it’s filled with wonderful Amway™ product samples to share, informative brochures to display, and is a great way to encourage guests to start their own Amway™ business.

• And don’t forget to send them home with a copy of the Great Starts Here Mini Catalog so they can shop all of our newest and best-selling Amway™ products and the special offers inside.

FOLLOWING UPAfter your event, be sure to follow up with your guests to let them know how much you enjoyed their company and remind them: If they are interested in any Artistry™ products, you’re their source!
