It is with this goal in mind that the organizers of “Hempstead in the Hub” Networking Event founded a premier networking event on Long Island three years ago to continue to build on the human and social capital that is needed stimulate the economy in the region. Hempstead, New York – On September 21, 2013 Hempstead Uniondale Times and the Power
Networking Business series will be hosting the 3rd Annual Networking in the Hub event at the African
American Museum in Hempstead. The Networking in the Hub event will begin at 10:00 am and end at
2:00 pm. Hempstead; Long Island has been long considered the Hub or epicenter of business.
Recognizing this fact, small business owners around the region converging on Hempstead on
Saturday, September 21 in an effort to network and to develop strategies that will help them
stimulate their own personal economic success.
