    Wigtownshire Arts Hub Vision for the ArtsV1. Access

    Arts experiences will encourage and enable peoplein Wigtownshire to participate in a range of creativearts activities across the full range of art forms

    Galloway. Where a direct and full link to a Priority or an Objective cannot be made, a demonstration of the underpinning of it will

    be made through this plan.
