Welcome to Manhattan Bank’s Online Banking System—Netteller Netteller is a safe, secure and reliable way to access your account anytime and anywhere you choose. Netteller is a free service but does require a signed application. You may download the application form from our website www.manhattanbank.com, sign and return to the bank and once processed your login information will be provided to you.

Security--Our online banking service employs state of the art technology. All information is encrypted and access requires passwords known only to you. Your account numbers are not viewed over the Internet. From the time your request leaves your computer to the time we respond, Manhattan Bank takes numerous steps to protect your information.

Password Features--After your first successful login, you will be prompted to change your password to an alpha/numeric password. This password must be 6-15 characters and contain at least one number and one letter.

Memorize Your ID and Password--Your Netteller ID and password authenticate you when you begin a banking

session. Memorize your Netteller ID and password and never write them down or reveal them to anyone. You can create your own “alias” ID under the Options tab. Change Your Password--The Netteller system will ask you to change your password every 90 days for security purposes. If you would like to change your password more frequently, click the Options tab in Netteller.

Locking Your Account—You are allowed three (3) sign-on attempts. After your third invalid attempt, the system will lock your Netteller account. To have your Netteller account unlocked, you will need to contact a Customer Service Representative at (406) 284-3255 during regular business hours. If you have signed up for the Self Reset option you may reset your account yourself.

Exiting Your Account--It is important you exit the system when you are finished viewing your accounts. To sign-off, click the “Exit” tab found in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

Automatic Sign-Off--If your Netteller session remains inactive for ten (10) minutes, your online session will be terminated. You will have to re-enter your User ID and password to log back on.

Emailing Manhattan Bank--Do not send any personal or financial information through your email system. Email is not a secure form of communication. To send a secure message to the bank, use the contact us link from our website or click the “Contact” tab located at the top of your Netteller account.

Accessing Your Account Sign in & Change your Password Go to www.manhattanbank.com Enter your assigned ID beginning with 7194 in the User ID box in the center of the page Click on Login

A second page will display with an image and a place for your Password. The first time you login the image will be randomly selected. Once you enter your password you will be prompted to select your image, which will then always appear.

You will be prompted to change your Password Use your default password in the Enter Current box Create a new password (must be 6-15 digits contain at least 1 number and 1 letter) in the Enter New box Enter this password again in the Enter New Again box Click on Continue

You will be taken to the Main Netteller Page. From here you can view Account Listing and Balances. Choose a drop down associated with an account and Select an Option.

Transactions You have the choice of viewing the list of transactions in chronological order from oldest to most recent, or from most recent to oldest. To change from “Ascending” to “Descending” order; click the arrow beside “Date”. You may also sort your list of transactions by clicking “Debits”, “Credits” or “Check #”.

Range of Transactions Search You may search by date, amount or check number. If you search by date you may enter the date or click the calendar, found to the right of the box. If you search by amount, please note there is a place for the dollar and cent amounts. You may enter as much detailed information as you like to refine your search.

Downloads Netteller has the option to download your transactions. You can find up to 90 days of history. The history starts recording the day you sign up for Netteller. Click on the option Download tab Choose the Account Select the download range Enter what format you wish to download into. You can choose between:

Microsoft Money (.ofx) Intuit Quick Books (.iif)—older formats only Personal Finance (.qif)

Click “Submit.” Choose how many lines for details and click “Submit.” Click the link at the bottom of the page to complete the download to view or follow the instructions listed on the page to save.

Transfers

Netteller gives you the ability to transfer between accounts, which are setup for Netteller. You may transfer to the following accounts: Checking, Savings, Money Market, Overdraft Protection, and Loan. You may transfer from the following accounts: Checking, Savings*, Money Market*, and Overdraft Protection. *Transaction limits apply. See Personal Banking from Home page navigation for details. In order to transfer funds, follow the instructions below: From the Main page select the account you want to transfer from. Click on the option “Transfers” (when the new page loads, listed will be all scheduled transfers for that account. To view scheduled transfers for another account click “View Transfers For” box) Select the account you want to transfer funds from Select the account you want to transfer funds to Specify the amount to transfer Specify the frequency. If you select any choice other than “One-Time” you must enter an expiration date. The expiration date is the date you want the payment to stop. Specify the start date Adding a memo is optional. The memo you enter will be listed on your statement, beside the transfer. Click “Submit.” Once you make a transfer, you have until the date of the payment at 10:45 p.m. to “Edit” and/or “Delete” the transfer.

Statements Print or view a statement from the last twelve (12) months In order to view the statements, follow the instructions below: From the Main page select the account for the statement to view. Click on the option “Statements.” The page will list the previous twelve (12) months’ worth of statements. Click the “View Detail” box beside the statement and select the format you want. Format options are: PDF, HTML, & TEXT

OPTIONS TAB: Setup an ALIAS for your Netteller ID Click on the Options Tab under the Logo

Enter Alias to be used in place of your Netteller ID in the Enter New box and Submit You may now use your 7194 ID # or your Alias as your User ID Change your Security Picture Click on the Options Tab under the Logo Click on the watermark image to choose a new image Scroll through options and then click on Submit Setup Auto Reset Option Click on the Options Tab under the Logo Enter your E-mail address or verify it is correct; if entering for the first time be sure to enter twice, in each box. Enter a Reset Question and Reset Answer Click on Submit The above steps are necessary before the Reset Password link will work. After they have been completed and you have trouble logging in to your account you would then follow the following steps. If having trouble logging in and see this screen; click on Reset password link. Requires the Account Reset options have already been setup. See information above.

1. After clicking on Reset Password you will see the following screen;

a. enter your ID or alias; b. email address you entered in Netteller; c. and a subject for your reset email

2. Check your Email there should be an email in your inbox from [email protected]

3. The email should read something like the following. Click on the underlined link for the next step.

4. By clicking on the link; which is only valid for 2 hours; you will be given a screen similar to this one. Please enter your Netteller ID or alias and the answer to the question.

5. After entering your information and clicking on Submit, the following will be displayed. 6. Click on Go to Login page to login to your Netteller account.

7. If you clicked Go to Login Page; the following page will be displayed. Enter your Netteller ID or alias and

the last 4 of your social security number.

This will show your Reset Question. You enter your answer in the box Then Submit

8. Once your information is entered and the login button clicked it will ask you to change your password. In the current password field enter the last 4 of your social security number. Then in the next 2 boxes enter a new password for netteller. It needs to be at least 6-8 digits containing a number and letter. It may not be one of your previous 4 passwords used.

9. Now you should be taken to your Netteller Home screen Change Names on Accounts Click on the Options Tab Click on the Accounts Tab Choose the Drop down tab for which application Deposit, Loans, Etc. Enter your new Account Name (do not use account numbers for security reasons) Click on Submit

Debit Card Options from Netteller You have the ability to control some options on your debit card like; activate a new card, reorder a card (same #), or cancel a card (lost/stolen) all from your Netteller account.

1. Click on Options from the menu bar 2. Click on ATM/Debit Card 3. Will display a list of cards attached to the Netteller owner 4. Place a check mark in the corresponding field you want to use

a. Activate a card—if new and needs activated b. Reorder a card—need a new card? If outside of your reorder window, there may be a $7

replacement charge. c. Lost/Stolen—if you need to block your card and request a new number to be ordered, check this

box. You are not able to un-do this action, you will need to call the bank to cancel the action. 5. Hit Submit to take the required action

Reset Password if remembered on PC We encourage you to NOT allow your PC to remember your password. However, if you do and then expire you will need to get the PC to remember the updated password so you can login successfully the next time.

1. You will login to Netteller and the system will inform you your password has expired. 2. Change your password following the screen instructions 3. You are now logged into Netteller 4. Click on EXIT in the top right corner of the screen 5. Return to the Bank’s website at www.manhattanbank.com the login information will be defaulted in.

6. CHANGE your Password to be what you just created in the change password screen 7. Windows will ask if you want to remember the new information, Answer with YES 8. This should now update your stored information so that you can login automatically. Again the bank does not encourage this due to security risks involved with stored passwords.

Trouble Logging In? Clear Cookies This will vary slightly depending on the Internet Browser and version you use. You can search the web for specific instructions but an overview is listed here In the Internet, click on Tools, click on Internet Options, Click on Delete, Verify which options you wish to delete, Delete Cookies must be selected but may wish to unselect others Ok out of the screens. Close your Internet Browser, Reopen and try again
