Some young Cameroonians and entities are still dormant about the use of IT, it’s rewards and benefits, as well as the significant role it plays in development in terms of:
Communication Marketing/publishing Networking Advocacy Employment
CONCEPT
Many small IT establishments are lacking what it takes in terms of skills, equipments and other facilities needed to fully develop this sector, so as to participate in the rewards of Information Revolution

ITRRC project is envisaged to explicitly address this lack of parity, and help level it targeting pit falls in this sector as far as training, capacity building, resource sharing, Advocacy, networking and information service are concerned.
ITRRC will function in the following sectors Training section Internet section Documentation section Video service section (with a
computer, video camera, DVD/CD duplicator and a digital camera

Goal Foster the enhancement,
rewards and benefits of IT through professional training, information service and Social Entrepreneurship for advancement in Technology

Establish and equip the ITRRC with computers for training, internet and documentation as well as Video/digital cameras and DVD/CD duplicator for our video editing/documentary video
Organize a 9 – 12 months computer training and certification program on IT, as well as computer enterprise management and others

Social entrepreneurship training Project and Business plans

A team of 7 staff members called the ITPT will run the projects activities and analyzed as follows: Project manager (Senior consultant and
the project team leader) IT engineer Accountant 2 internet and documentation assistants
(also trainers) Cinematographer (also involved in training)

Justification of Project
This project has a very significant role to play in the society as it will open all avenues for the following:
- Employment
- Serve as FYCB sustainability plan
- Professional development
- Youth integration in to the economic mainstream
- Unemployment diminution in the society
